In exceptional cases, where a refund may be considered due to an error on the Company’s part, the decision will be at the sole discretion of WES Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be credited in a manner determined by the Company in 45 days.

If a client has concerns regarding service quality or deliverables, they are encouraged to reach out to the Company for resolution. WES Consultancy aims to resolve any issues amicably through discussions and alternative solutions.
